MPI believes everyone’s security needs are different. Customization of an entire security program is essential. MPI is always flexible to change and will explore new ideas and methods according to our clients’ changing needs.

BETTER TRAINING

MPI requires certifications, not just training, and we require ongoing advanced training. Today, a security officer might be a guard one minute, and a customer service person the next. A few minutes later that guard might have to be the paramedic or law enforcement professional until one gets there. MPI officers are trained for many situations.

MPI officers must be trained to the level of state law enforcement requirements for firearms and use of force. Training in conflict resolution, customer service skills, and basic CPR/AED/First Aid is also required. In addition, officers are required to select and complete continuing education courses each year:

BETTER PEOPLE

MPI starts with prerequisites for employment and attracts people who are going places. MPI gives them training opportunities to achieve their goals, and compensation they can actually live on. MPI’s turnover is a fraction of its competitors, and an impressive number of officers that have left MPI have pursued career positions in the police force or military.
