Executive Protection

A growing part of the protective services field and one of the more unique elements of the CIRT program is the area of Executive Protection. MPI is one of only a few companies in the nation that offers a program based upon certified executive protection for celebrities, politicians, corporate executives and their families.

MPI Officers go through a rigorous training course that is a combination of book work, legwork and road work. Officers learn the importance of quick and accurate communication and of working as individual parts of a single team. The training, which is provided by law enforcement and intelligence service professionals, allows MPI to offer a program with full logistical planning and support that may span several days and multiple destinations, and allows the officers to proactively anticipate potential problems.

Being prepared and thinking ahead to quietly eliminate threats before they develop is a critical part of successful executive protection. It is this mind set and this ability that sets MPI Officers apart from other security personnel, and even many off-duty Police Officers.

Special motorcade positioning and defensive/ evasive driving is also part of the Executive Protection Program. This is in addition to the officers standard certified training in firearms, and their tactical, SWAT training.

When someone receives a death threat it is a frightening time and it is important to be able to call on someone who can offer protection and who has the training and the skill to limit risk. MPI has the training, the skill and the program that is second to none in the upper Midwest.
