In 1993, I saw a need for a professionalization of the security industry and formed MPI to meet that need. MPI is based on three core values; better ideas, better training and better people.
Better Ideas – Your security needs are often different and unique to your business. I am committed to customizing the security plan that best fits those needs, utilizing knowledge gained from our experience in the industry, combined with your vision for the service.
Better Training – You have many choices when choosing a security provider, but it will be hard to find one with a better training program than MPI. MPI officers are all trained in defensive tactics, first aid and CPR, the National Incident Management System (NIMS), customer service and conflict resolution. In addition MPI offers advanced training courses in a wide range of topics pertaining to defensive tactics and medical response.
Better People – The individual officer working your property is who matters most to you. I understand that and hire only the best. All MPI officers must meet one of the following criteria: 24 college credits in Criminal Justice, EMT/paramedic/firefighter certification, current or prior military service with an honorable discharge, or current or former law enforcement service. To ensure only the best get through, all officers are subjected to formal interviews, a rigorous background check, and a full drug screen.
I believe that the best indicator of a quality business is the overall retention and opinions of its customers. I personally strive to ensure that all my clients are happy with our performance and promptly provide corrective action if needed.
